Bequest Language
Designating the Aquarium as a beneficiary of your will or trust is simple to do. You are welcome to share the following suggested bequest language with your estate planning attorney who will guide you through the process of adding the Aquarium as a beneficiary.
To support the Aquarium's highest priority funds and greatest needs, please use the following language for a general bequest:
I give (_____dollars)(specific asset) or (____percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to the Aquarium of the Pacific, 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802 Tax exempt ID#33-0532354 for its general use and purposes.
